Allgemeine Information
Accutane ist ein für die strenge Behandlung der Akne entwickeltes Arzneimittel. Es soll von den Patienten verwendet werden, die auf andere Medikamente nicht antworten.
Anweisung
Sie sollen Ihren Arzt bezüglich Ihrer regelmäßigen Dosis konsultieren. Nehmen Sie es mit einem großen Glas von Wasser ein. Übersteigen Sie Ihre Dosis nicht.
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
Vor dem Starten Ihrer Behandlung mit Accutane besprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt alle Bedingungen, die Sie haben können: Allergie, Zuckerkrankheit, Osteoporose, Asthma, Herzkrankheit, und Niere- oder Leber-Probleme. Verwenden Sie Vitamin A, alkoholische Getränke während der Behandlung nicht. Ältere Person können zu Accutane empfindlicher sein.
Kontraindikationen
Patienten mit der Hyperempfindlichkeit zu Accutane dürfen das Arzneimittel nicht einnehmen.
Mögliche Nebenwirkungen
Nebenwirkungen können folgende einschließen: Kopfweh, Schläfrigkeit, Schwindel, Verstopfung, Erbrechen, Diarrhöe, Hautausschläge. Ernste Nebenwirkungen sind sehr selten.
Wechselwirkung
Accutane kann mit Steroiden (Prednison), Tetracyclin-Antibiotika, Anfall Medikamente (Phenytoin) zusammenwirken.
Verpasste Dosis
Nehmen Sie die verpasste Dosis so bald wie möglich ein. Wenn es fast Zeit der folgenden Einnahme ist, lassen Sie es gerade aus und gehen Sie zu Ihrem Einnahmeplan zurück. Nehmen Sie Ihre Dosis zweimal nicht ein.
Überdosierung
Wenn Sie denken, dass Sie das Arzneimittel überdosiert haben, suchen Sie sofort nach Notarzthilfe. Die Überdosis-Symptome sind: Brustschmerz, Brechreiz, unregelmäßiger Herzschlag, und Schwindel oder Schwäche.
Aufbewahrung
Bewahren Sie das Arzneimittel bei der Raumtemperatur zwischen 68-77ºF (20-25ºC) weg vom Licht und der Feuchtigkeit auf. Bewahren Sie Ihr Arzneimittel im Badezimmer nicht auf. Bewahren Sie alle Arzneimittel weg von Kindern und Haustieren auf.
